Empowering, fun and an incredible workout, Muay Thai is “the art of 8 limbs”. Unlike traditional striking arts which mostly teach punches and kicks, Muay Thai teachers the use of elbows and knees as well, more effective in a close-quarters situation.

The power and confidence you feel stays with you when you walk down the street, in the boardroom and in your social life. The changes you see in your body give you a different kind of confidence, that also ripples out.

Taught by passionate, enthusiastic and expertly trained instructors who have actually fought (and won! ?) on the international level, you will be learning techniques and strategies that work. More than just fighters, our instructors care and want you to have fun while learning and growing stronger.

Your First Class
On your first class, you’ll be introduced to the instructor and some of the other students. Class begins with a warm-up that you moderate at your own pace until you feel ready to push hard. We want you to feel welcomed, comfortable and challenged – at whatever level you’re starting at.

We know that when we get out of the habit of working out, it can seem intimidating to get back into it (or into it for the first time), and so we do everything we can to make getting started and staying the course easy, fun and rewarding.

Class Descriptions 

Primer Classes

These classes will prep you to start your journey. You will work one-on-one or in a small group of fellow novices, learning the basic movements and concepts you’ll need to get the most out of class. If you can’t make it to one of these classes, you can book a private session with one of our instructors – on the house!

Muay Thai Conditioning

Muay Thai is known as one of the best ways to get in shape quickly. These fun, high-paced classes will boost your mood and kick your butt! Amazing before, after Muay Thai Technique classes – or even on their own – Muay Thai Conditioning classes will get you into great shape quickly.

Muay Thai Fundamentals

Here is where you will learn and practice the core techniques which will allow you to defend yourself in a street self-defence situation or win in the ring. Stance, footwork, movement, punches, kicks, knees, elbows, clinching and more, this class focuses on the heart of the art, giving you the skills of a solid, well-rounded fighter.

Muay Thai Advanced – Fight Drills

This class is for those with that solid foundation, ready to take training to the next level. Intense fighter drills teach you how to win against skilled opponents. Our instructors have all competed on the international level and can give you first-hand instruction in advanced strategies for achieving the knockout. If you are at all interested in fighting, this class is a must.

Boxing
The sweet science, boxing is for everyone. The workout is infamous, the techniques are undeniably effective and the training is wildly fun! If you’re just starting out, these classes include both a great workout and technical instruction all-in-one so you can get in shape while building fundamental fighting skill. These classes will develop and hone your ability to use your hands, move your feet and control distance so you can hit and not be hit. A secret weapon for any Muay Thai or MMA fighter, being a skilled boxer makes you far, far tougher.
